Jack Davis, a tough, outspoken cop on the Miami Customs Warrant and Entry Team (W.E.T), sees his fellow team member and best friend, Phil, die in a massive explosion following a fierce gun battle and high-speed chase. Though Jack did the right thing he is wrongly blamed for Phil's death.
