It is our objective to be as transparent as possible so that you’re able to calculate all of your sales costs accurately. If you would like any clarification or further details, please let us know. Our usual method of post is via Royal Mail, using stamps and New, plain Jiffy Bag. Your buyers will never know that the products came from DVDdropship. The impression will always be that you sent them.

Many DVDdropship members, also make additional profit on top of our postal rates. This can also be used to offset any paypal/eBay fees you may incur.

 

Destination	Delivery Costs
UK Standard Delivery	£1.70 per first DVD + £1.00p for each additional. Please contact us for orders of this nature and we will invoice you the correct amount. Please note, that ordering more than 5 products to the same address, will result in postage being calculated on weight/volume. Please contact us BEFORE CHECKOUT in this situation.
UK Recorded	£2.35 per first DVD + £1.00p for each additional. Please note that Recorded Delivery will include our return address.
Europe	£3.23 per first dvd + £1.20 for each additional. For Europe Airmail. Airmail stickers are applied to all European Destinations.
Rest of the world	£3.90 per first dvd +£1.90 for each additional. For International. All packages sent with customs declaration stickers for easier route through customs.
International Signed For	£5.35 to ensure guaranteed International delivery.
Orders over £100/Or purchasing more than 5 products (which ever is first)	PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PAYMENT FOR POSTAGE AND PAYMENT RATES

 

               International Orders 

Please note, that when sending more than 3 items to the same International address, members must contact sales to get a delivery price BEFORE checkout. This delivery price will be determined by postal weight.

All international orders over £10 Sterling, delivered to the same address, must be sent by International signed for delivery, which is currently £5.35 Sterling, plus the standard website postal charge, as above.

Orders that are received, that do not contain the correct postal payments, will not be processed, until the complete payment is received.

If recorded delivery is selected, and only standard postage is paid for, then the item will be sent by normal, un-recorded delivery.

Please note, that it is the members responsibility to ensure correct postage is paid for.

• Orders are sent by Royal Mail Small Packets Airmail or by our selected Courier of choice.

• Our company goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours. This is not always possible, so we advise 2-5 days. Please advise this in your auctions.

• We ship all over the world, many of our orders are for outside of the UK. However we suggest that you ensure your customer has the necessary region DVD player as we cannot rectify mistakes of this nature.

• We reserve the right to send multiple DVD’s in multiple packaging.

• Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri are normally dispatched the same day. Although this is not guaranteed.

• We will inform you via email when your item has shipped.

• We do not delivery to PO Boxes unless shipping to Australia.

• All products will be sent is new, protective packaging to ensure a safe arrival.

 

In the unlikely event that you will need to return a DVD, please e-mail us for information on returning the product.
