Jake Peterson (Charlie Sheen) is a renegade cop who thrives on the adrenaline rush of danger and fear. Unfortunately for Jake his true sense of loyalties is about to be severly tested when he thwarts a multi million dollar drug deal, and revenge is their only focus.
