A Mysterious woman calling herself Ms Smith, checks into a seedy Motel in an out-of-the-way little town.

Not only is she stunningly lovely but she also drives a big black convertable that breathes power and speed.

JT, the just-out-of-high-school son of the Motel's owner, becomes obsessed with the car and in an attempt to liven up his dull life and to impress Tanya, a motel guest who flirts with him, JT along with his pal James and Tanya steal the car for a joyride.

For a moment their lives ignite into thrills, danger and intrigue - until they find a corpse in the boot of the car.

JT seizes the moment, and figures that "No one in their right mind would report a car stolen with a dead body in the boot" and if they can get rid of the body - he can keep the car. They sink the body into a lake but it's soon discovered.

The Police find the evidence confusing; it looks like two people did the crime, one an expert killer, the other - an idiot.
